FISH A LA EILEEN 
Sole, or any boneless white fish fillets
1 1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. mayonnaise
Parmesan cheese
Paprika

Mix together sour cream and mayonnaise. Spread on fish fillets. Cover with Parmesan cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 500 degrees until the cheese is melted.
