CLAM SAUCE WITH FETTUCCINE 
Garlic, lots in olive oil and butter
Celery
Onions
Mushrooms
Zucchin i

Saute celery, onions, mushrooms, and zucchini; do not over cook. Add 1 cup white wine and juice from can of clams. Cook 5-10 minutes. Add clams. Add 2-3 fresh quartered tomatoes. Toss to heat. Pour over cooked pasta.
