BAKED CHILI RELLENOS 
10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
6 cans whole green chilies
2 lbs. shredded cheddar cheese

Mix eggs, flour, salt and milk with beater until frothy. Layer 3 cans of chilies in bottom of 13"x9" greased pan. Open chilies flat. Layer with 1/2 the cheese. Repeat with more chilies and cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until top is golden brown. Let sit 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
