BAKED CHILI RELLENOS 
12 whole chilies (canned)
Grated cheese
4 eggs, separated
4 tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Slit chilies and stuff with cheese. Place in buttered casserole. Make batter: Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat egg yolks until thick. Sift together dry ingredients and add yolks; blending well. Fold beaten egg whites into yolk mixture. Pour batter over stuffed chilies and bake at 325 degrees until batter is done and lightly browned on the top (about 20 minutes).
