PANCAKES 
1 l. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
1/2 tsp. vanilla sugar
1/2 c. beer
300-400 g. flour

Beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice and spices together. Add beer. Add a little flour, then milk alternately adding flour and milk until dough is a little thicker than cream. Allow to rest for 1 hour.

Melt a little butter in a small frying pan. Pour in dough and make a thin pancake. When brown, turn and bake the other side. Serve with sugar, marmalade or vanilla ice cream.
