CHEESE CAKE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter

Mix together and press into 8 or 9-inch pie pan.

FILLING:

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 can Borden Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. lemon juice

Soften and beat cheese, mix ingredients and pour into shell. Chill. Top with cherry pie filling, if desired.
