CHEESECAKE CUPS 
1 box vanilla wafers
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 can pie filling (any flavor)

Cream the Philadelphia cream cheese and condensed milk in mixer until well blended. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Spoon cheese mixture into muffin cups with vanilla wafer in bottom of cup. Top with cherry, blueberry or your favorite pie filling.
