CHEESECAKE 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter

Press in springform pan and bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

3 pkg. (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Pour onto crust and bake at 300 degrees for 55 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Spread over cake and bake at 300 degrees for 10 minutes. Serving suggestions: Using canned cherry pie filling, decorate the top in February with a heart shape or in December with a tree shape.
