BANANA BREAD 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed banana
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 level tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. powdered buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts

Cream butter and sugar; add bananas, eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and then nuts; mix well. Grease and flour 2 regular size bread pans or 4 mini pans. Bake large pans for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees, mini pans 3/4 hours.
