BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD 
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 lg. or 4 sm. bananas, mashed
1/2 c. ground nuts
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Mix dry ingredients except sugar; set aside. In mixing bowl, cream butter and add sugar, beating until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla and mix. Add bananas; blend in dry ingredients, nuts and chips. Pour into prepared pan and bake 55-60 minutes. Cool slightly in pan, then remove to rack until completely cool.
