HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE | |
1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. dry mustard Pinch salt 2 beaten egg yolks 1/2 c. milk 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. cold water Mix together all dry ingredients in medium saucepan. Add all other ingredients and mix with dry. Cook over medium heat until thick. Keep stirring while cooking. Refrigerate. |
