SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 c. finely chopped onions
3 eggs
1 1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. salt
2 c. soft bread crumbs
3 lg. lean ground beef
2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 cans onion soup; optional

Brown onions in butter; set aside. Mix eggs and milk and add salt, bread crumbs, and onions. Add garlic salt and Mozzarella cheese. Crumble raw meat into mixture. Mix with hands or fork until combined well. Form 1 inch meatballs. Cook meatballs in single layer either at 400 degrees in oven about 10 minutes or microwave on high for 8-10 minutes or until almost done. You might need to turn them. Cook all meatballs. Put in crock pot. Cover with cream of mushroom soup, Golden mushroom soup, and onion soup (undiluted). Cook on low all day or about 4 hours on high.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
