SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 (16 oz.) Veg-All mixed vegetables
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
3/4 lb. ground beef
3 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. egg noodles

Drain vegetables, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid to moisten bread crumbs; combine bread crumbs, vegetable liquid, egg, ground beef, onion, pepper and nutmeg; form into balls about 1 1/2 inch in diameter. Melt butter in skillet. Cook meatballs until lightly brown; stir in mushroom soup, milk and vegetables. Stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over noodles prepared as directed on package.
