IMPOSSIBLE QUICHE 
12 slices bacon, fried crisp
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese (4 oz.)
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Lightly grease a 9 inch pie plate. Spread bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom. Place remaining ingredients in the blender; cover and blend for 1 minute on high. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Done when knife comes out clean. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
