12 slices bacon
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 c. finely chopped onions
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 10 inch pie plate. Crisply fry bacon, then crumble. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onions evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on high speed for 1 minute. Pour into pie plate. Bake 50-55 minutes until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Yield 6 servings.
