3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 c. grated zucchini (loosely packed)
1 c. Bisquick or Jiffy
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 sm. green pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash black pepper

Beat eggs lightly, then mix with rest of ingredients. Turn into greased baking dish (large pie plate or deep 8 x 8 inch square pan) and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown on top and knife comes out clean. Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
