BROWN EYED APRYL 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 tbsp. warm water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels

1. Combine butter and sugar, creamed together until fluffy.

2. Add next 5 ingredients, mix well.

3. Mix dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture, mix well.

4. Use cookie press with flower shape disc, press dough onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

5. Place chocolate morsel in center of each flower.

6. Bake at 350 degrees for 7 to 8 minutes or until lightly brown.

7. Let cookie cool, chill 30 minutes to firm chocolate centers. Makes about 9 to 10 dozen cookies.
