WILD RICE SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 (6 oz.) pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® long grain and wild rice 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 2 1/4 c. water 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach 3/4 c. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft or cut in cubes) Place contents of rice and seasoning packets, mushrooms, mustard and salt in 2-quart casserole. Combine water, spinach, onion and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour over rice mixture and stir. Cover tightly and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover. Stir in cheese. Bake uncovered 10 to 15 minutes. |
