HOT SUPPER SANDWICH 
1 lb. pork sausage
2 c. chopped onions
2 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. poppy seed
3/4 c. milk
1 egg beaten

Saute sausage, drain and remove from skillet. Saute onions in sausage fat, drain and add onions to meat. Combine biscuit mix, poppy seed, milk and eggs. Beat well. Spread batter in 8 inch pan. Top with sausage and onion mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Meanwhile combine topping mixture, spread over sausage. Bake 10 minutes longer. Sprinkle with paprika, cut into squares and serve hot.

TOPPING:

1 c. dairy sour cream
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
