CAJUN VEGGIE DIP 
2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (or to taste)
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil

Mix all ingredients with wire whip. Chill and serve with fresh vegetables. Very good with fresh pea pods. Keeps refrigerated 1 week.
