BUCK EYES 
1 (16 oz.) confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 sqs. paraffin

Blend thoroughly sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and salt. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Place chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. Heat over boiling water until chocolate and paraffin are melted. Insert toothpick into candy ball; dip 3/4 ball into chocolate mix. Place on wax paper until set. Remove toothpick and smooth over hole. Makes about 8 dozen.
