CARROT CASSEROLE 
Cooked carrots (as many as needed, sliced)
Cheddar cheese, shredded
butter
Italian flavored bread crumbs
Crackers
Garlic salt

Starting with carrots, make in layers in casserole, carrots, cheese, crushed crackers, butter, garlic salt. Repeat until carrots are all used up. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees 35 to 40 minutes, or until slightly brown.
