CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE 
Cook large cauliflower slightly. Break into flowerettes. Put in buttered casserole dish. Saute fresh mushrooms. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 3/4 can milk, 1 can pimentos. Heat and pour over cauliflower. Top with buttered bread crumbs and cheese, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
