AUNT HELEN'S SWEET-N-SOUR
PICKLES
 
14 Kirby's
1 bulb garlic, chopped
Dill
2 qts. water
2 c. white vinegar
1/3 c. salt
1 c. sugar
Old mayonnaise or pickle jars - 2, 3 or 4 as needed

Boil water, vinegar, salt and sugar. Let cool. Cut kirby's in 6ths. Put kirby's, garlic and dill into jars. Add liquid to jars. Cover and let stand overnight then refrigerate and enjoy!
