“POULTRY SEASONING” IS IN:

POULTRY SEASONING 
There is no salt in this recipe. Sprinkle on poultry after brining, dry brining, or salting.

2 tsp. sage
1 1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Add all ingredients into a spice grinder or use a mortar and pestle to grind into a powder.
