3 tbsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tbsp. onion powder
1 1/2 tbsp. Mexican oregano
3 tbsp. paprika

1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp. Kosher salt (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp. black pepper

Combine herbs and spices and store in a large container.

Makes 3 cups.

IF USING FOR SIMPLE TACO MEAT:
