KOREAN SHORT RIBS 
4 lb. beef short ribs, trimmed of fat
1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. soy sauce
4 tbsp. corn oil
2 scallions, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed

1. Score ribs vertically and horizontally.

2. Mix all other ingredients and marinate ribs in the mixture.

3. Grill or broil until desired doneness. Sugar will burn, so watch closely.
