APPLESAUCE GLAZED PORK ROAST 
4 to 5 lb. boneless pork loin roast (double loin, rolled and tied)
1 1/2 c. applesauce
3/4 c. red currant jelly
4 tsp. Wyler's beef flavor instant bouillon or 4 beef flavored bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. ground allspice

Insert meat thermometer so bulb is in the center of the thickest part of roast. Place roast on rack in shallow pan. Roast at 325 degrees, uncovered, about 2 1/2 hours or until meat thermometer registers 170. Meantime in sauce combine remaining ingredients. Cook and stir until bouillon dissolves, about 5 minutes. Baste roast with about 1/3 of sauce during last 30 minutes of roasting. Serve remaining sauce warm with meat.
