B. G.'S BREAD 
2 tsp. dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 c. sourdough starter
1/2 c. sugar
5 c. flour
4-5 tbsp. oil
2 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water and add to sourdough starter. Add sugar, oil and salt and blend. Stir in flour a cup at a time until dough is smooth. A mixer with dough hooks works best. Pour out onto floured board and knead 5-10 minutes. Let rise in a greased bowl until doubled. Knead again, divide into halves and shape into loaves. Bake in a greased pan 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 2 loaves.
