CREAM CHEESE COOKIES 
1 pkg. soft cream cheese
1 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. sifted flour

Refrigerate cookie sheets. In large bowl with wooden spoon or portable mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla until light. Stir in flour to make soft dough. Fill cookie press. Force dough through cookie press. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. If dough is too soft, refrigerate 5 minutes.
