7-UP SALAD 
2 lg. pkgs. lime Jello
1 lg. (21 oz.) can pineapple, crushed
1 sm. can coconut
3 c. miniature marshmallows, more or less if desired
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 pkg. or 2/3 c. walnuts
1 c. 7-Up

Prepare Jello with 2 cups boiling water and 1 cup cold 7-Up. Mix softened cheese with drained pineapple, 2 cups marshmallows, diced walnuts and coconut. Stir in Jello; mix well. Place in a mold sprayed with Pam (or use a large bowl sprayed with Pam spray). Add remainder of marshmallows to top of salad. Place in refrigerator for about 4 hours or until jelled.
