YUMMY MACARONI AND CHEESE 
7 oz. Creamette's macaroni, cooked and drained
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
6 slices Kraft singles
1/2 lb. County Line Colby cheese, cubed
1 3/4 c. milk

Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Stir in milk slowly. Add Kraft singles which have been torn into stamp-size pieces. Stir constantly until cheese melts and the mixture thickens slightly. Add cubed County Line cheese to cooked macaroni. Add cheese sauce to the above mixture and stir thoroughly. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
