APPLESS APPLE PIE 
2 c. water
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. cream of tartar
22 Ritz or Crax crackers

Put water, sugar and cream of tartar into pan and bring to a boil, then add crackers. Cook for 2 minutes. Do not stir. Take off stove and let cool. Make as apple pie (add cinnamon and nutmeg). Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees and 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
