2 c. water
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 1/4 c. white sugar
24 Ritz crackers

Combine and bring to a boil. Cook until thick. Pour into a pie shell, dot with butter and cinnamon; cover with top crust. Bake 20 minutes at 425 degrees.
