CRACKLIN BRAN SWEET POTATO BAKE | |
2 cans (24 oz. each) sweet potatoes (drained and mashed) 5 tbsp. butter, softened 1/4 c. orange juice 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. miniature marshmallows 1 c. Kellogg Cracklin Bran cereal (crushed to 1/2 c.) Combine sweet potatoes, 4 tablespoons butter, orange juice and salt. Beat until smooth (with electric mixer). Stir in 1 cup marshmallows. Spread in 10x6x2 inch (1 1/2 quart) glass baking dish. Top with remaining marshmallows. Melt remaining butter. Combine with Cracklin Bran cereal. Sprinkle over marshmallows. Bake 350 F. (20 minutes or until heated through). Serves 8. |
