6 lg. sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
6 lg. marshmallows
1 c. thin cream
2 tbsp. flour
Chopped nuts (optional)

Mix salt, sugar and flour together and sprinkle over sweet potatoes. Dot with butter. Add marshmallows and cream. Bake at 350 degrees about 35 minutes or microwave until potatoes are done. Add nuts after baking.

I use Half & Half for the thin cream.
