CRANBERRY NUT BREAD | |
2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. granulated sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 1/4 c. milk 1 egg 1 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. orange peel, grated 1 c. nuts, chopped 1 c. cranberries Mix all ingredients. Beat 30 seconds. Pour into 9-inch loaf pan (greased on bottom). Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 65 minutes. Loosen sides from pan before slicing. Store in refrigerator no longer than 1 week. |
