CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 c. whole raw cranberries
2 tbsp. vegetable oil, add hot water to make 3/4 c.
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1/2 c. orange juice
1 egg, slightly beaten

Grease 9 x 5 x 2 3/4 inch loaf pan. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine all liquid ingredients. Then combine all together. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour.
