HELEN'S EASY DINNER ROLLS 
2 c. milk, scalded
1 cube butter
2 yeast cakes, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

(A touch of sugar to yeast makes it work real well.)

Cool milk and butter; add 2 eggs and beat really well. Add flour until mixture won't take any more (but not too stiff), about 6 cups. Let rise a little, about 30 minutes. Then roll out, shape rolls in your favorite style and put in pans. Let them raise. Then bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, or until nicely brown, at 350 degrees.
