VEGETABLE PITA POCKETS 
1/2 c. coarsely shredded lettuce
1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 (6") pita bread
Yogurt dressing (follows)

Combine the first 6 ingredients, tossing gently. Cut bread in half; spoon vegetable mixture into bread, top with Yogurt Dressing. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
