VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. pork/beef sausage
3 c. summer squash
3 c. zucchini
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs, whipped

Cook sausage until brown. Drain excess fat. Cook squash covered until tender in pot by itself. Stir squash and all other ingredients into meat. Fold in eggs. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish for 25-30 minutes.
