1 lb. ground meat
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
6 new potatoes, sliced thin
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Garlic powder

Brown ground meat with onion. Salt and pepper to taste; drain. Stir in soup and mix. Put sliced potatoes on bottom of 9 x 13 dish (greased) and sprinkle with garlic powder. Add meat mixture on top and cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil; add cheese and return to oven for 5 minutes. Kids love this one!!!
