CARIBBEAN SOUP 
3 qts. (12 c.) water
1 tbsp. salt
1 lg. onion
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 sweet chili pepper
3 fresh cilantro
2 fresh ears of corn
1/2 c. tomato sauce

B:
1 lb. lean beef
1/2 lb. lean pork bone

C:
1/2 lb. gautia
1/2 lb. yuca
1/2 lb. squash
1/2 lb. potatoes
1/2 lb. name
1/2 lb. carrots

In a large 12 quart kettle, combine ingredients included in A. Bring rapidly to a boil. Clean and wash meats. Cut into 1 inch cubes. Add meats to kettle. Cover; reduce heat to moderate and cook for 1 hour. Wash vegetables included in C and add to kettle. Cover and cook over moderate heat for 45 minutes.
