6 c. sliced, peeled apples
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. butter (soft)
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Jiffy baking mix

Streusel:

1 c. Jiffy
1/2 c. nuts
3 tbsp. butter (firm)
1/2 c. packed brown sugar

Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie pan.

Mix apples and spices. Turn into greased pie pan. Beat remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth (about 15 seconds). Pour this over apples and spices. Sprinkle with Streusel.

Bake 55 to 65 minutes. (This recipe makes it's own crust!)

Mix Streusel crumbs and sprinkle over top of pie.
