FROG-EYE SALAD 
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of salt
3/4 c. pineapple and orange juice
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. acini de pepe
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
4 oz. Cool Whip

Combine first 6 ingredients. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Cook acini de pepe, drain, rinse, drain and cool. Mix all ingredients together. Chill.
