STRAWBERRY YUM YUM 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. nuts

Mix and press in 8 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees 20-25 minutes. Cool and break in pieces. Set aside. 2 tsp. lemon juice 1 pkg. whip topping (Dream Whip or 8 oz. Cool Whip) 1 c. sugar 1 (10 oz.) pkg. strawberries or 1 1/2 fresh

Combine egg whites, lemon juice, sugar and strawberries. Beat medium speed for 20 minutes. Fold in topping. Put half crumb mixture in 9 x 13 pan. Put in filling, put on remaining crumbs - freeze until you need. Take out just before serving.
