CHICKEN DIVAN CASSEROLE 
6 chicken breasts
1-2 bunches broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can water chestnuts
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Boil chicken, skin and debone it. Layer broccoli in a cake pan size casserole dish. Next layer chicken, cut into strips. Mix soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice and spread mixture over top of chicken. Add sliced water chestnuts to top of mixture and spread shredded cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can be made ahead and refrigerated until cooking time. Serves 6-8.
