1/4 c. chopped green and/or red pepper
1 oz. shredded Monterey Jack, lowfat
1/8 tsp. (each) salt, garlic powder
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. broccoli flowerettes
4 slices bread, any flavor, cubed and dried
4 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
3 oz. shredded lowfat cheddar cheese
