CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 can creamed corn
1 sm. pkg. Jiffy muffin mix
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 eggs, beaten

Melt butter in casserole dish. Add corn, bell pepper, onion and eggs. Mix together. Add muffin mix and stir. Top with 1 cup grated cheese. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
