SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (8 oz.) can condensed milk
Minced onion
1/2 pt. sour cream
Salt and pepper

Take potatoes out 1/2 hour before mixing. Mix ingredients together and put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hour. Serves 8 good helpings.
